Stalkly Story ("the app", "we") is a fictional detective game. This policy explains what little data the app handles. We do not sell your data and we do not require an account.

What we collect

The app is designed to work without collecting personal information.

• On-device data: your gameplay progress, solved cases, hint usage and language choice are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes them.
• Answers you type: to score a free-text answer, the text you submit and the question are sent to our grading service to return "correct/incorrect" feedback. Answers are used only to grade that moment and are not tied to your identity.
• Content delivery: new and updated cases (text and images) may be fetched from our content server. These requests do not include personal identifiers.
• Purchases: subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive only the subscription status needed to unlock premium features, never your payment details.
• Diagnostics: Apple may provide us aggregate, anonymous crash and usage statistics if you have enabled sharing in iOS settings.

Service providers

We use Apple (App Store, in-app purchases), RevenueCat (subscription status), and cloud providers (Supabase, Replicate) to store cases and grade answers. Each processes data only to provide these functions.

Children

The app contains fictional mature themes and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You can delete all on-device data by removing the app. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. For any request about data, contact us below.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
